Personal training is a one on one hour long session that focuses specifically on your goals and nutrition. Before beginning a personal training program, you and your trainer will talk in depth about what you are looking to achieve, any road blocks you have had in the past, discuss injuries and medical limitations and complete an introductory assessment. During this assessment, your trainer will gain a clear understanding of where you currently are and be able to design a customized program to get you where you want to go. Bootcamp

Our bootcamp is a one hour group workout designed to help you achieve results in a fun and high energy class setting. The bootcamp is led by a certified personal trainer and all exercises are modifiable. This means that those looking to add more challenge to the workout can do so and those who are working around injuries and ailments can do so as well in the same class.
